At the Dorset Mela

Celebrating all things South Asian in Dorset at the 2026 Mela in Poole Park. I love the drama in the cooking of a kottu parotta as the chef sets to with his cleavers to finely chop all the ingredients as they sizzle away on the grill. Also consumed were a plate of pani puri, not photographed due to photographer’s hands being full. Lovely stuff!
